SENIOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER / ADMINISTRATOR @ STAFFBEES
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting and administering multiple FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow instances within a fast-paced Agile environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering scalable and secure solutions while collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure platform integrity and availability. The role involves configuring, developing, and administering the ServiceNow platform, as well as maintaining system monitoring to ensure 24/7 reliability.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience, specifically with a strong background in JavaScript and system administration. Responsibilities include daily monitoring, incident resolution, performance troubleshooting, and the configuration of reports and dashboards. You will also lead platform upgrades, patching, and instance coordination, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and optimized for the business. Candidates must hold a ServiceNow CSA certification and be comfortable working in a highly regulated environment that requires USC status. Relocation to Cincinnati is supported for the right candidate.

Key Requirements
10+ years of professional IT experience in enterprise environments
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
3+ years hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Service Catalog and ITOM/CMDB
Strong JavaScript programming and system administration experience
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex and performance-related system issues
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
Ability to support and administer FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow instances
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or CAD is preferred
Excellent documentation skills and ability to perform code reviews
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and platform patching
