LEAD ETL DEVELOPER WITH IBM CLOUD PAK @ SS TECH
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ETL Developer with specialized expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Data to join our enterprise team in Lansing, MI. This hybrid role requires the successful candidate to be a local resident within a 100-mile radius of Lansing, MI. The primary focus of this position is to lead and facilitate the migration of existing IBM DataStage workloads to Cloud Pak for Data while ensuring that data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices are strictly enforced throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with IBM Knowledge Catalog and IBM Manta, working within large and complex enterprise environments featuring multiple data sources. You will be responsible for translating intricate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions, managing data quality and consistency, and collaborating effectively across business, analytics, and IT departments. This position is a long-term contract opportunity initially set for 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension for the right professional.

Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Knowledge Catalog
Experience enabling and supporting the migration of existing IBM DataStage workloads to Cloud Pak for Data
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Manta
Experience defining and enforcing data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions
Experience working in large, complex, enterprise environments with multiple data sources
Strong understanding of data quality, data consistency, and data lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, analytics, and IT teams
Must be a local candidate residing within 100 miles of Lansing, MI
