SR ANAPLAN MODEL BUILDER @ SRS CONSULTING INC
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Anaplan Model Builder for a long-term W2 engagement. This remote position requires deep expertise in designing, building, and optimizing sophisticated enterprise planning solutions using the Anaplan platform. The Model Builder will serve as a key technical resource, driving complex implementation phases and adhering to Anaplan's best practices (e.g., POLARIS methodology). Occasional travel may be necessary for key meetings or project milestones.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience specifically gained within the USA IT industry. Responsibilities include system architecture design, advanced formula creation, user story translation into functional models, and performance tuning of large-scale models. The Sr Model Builder is expected to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient planning solutions. The role is strictly W2.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Anaplan Model Building within the USA.
Extensive experience in designing and building complex, large-scale Anaplan models (multi-module, multi-version).
Deep knowledge of Anaplan architecture and POLARIS best practices.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional model specifications.
Expertise in data integration, source mapping, and utilizing Anaplan Connect.
Demonstrated capability in performance optimization and debugging Anaplan models.
Must be able to work on a W2 basis (Only W2).
Availability for occasional domestic travel.
Excellent technical leadership and documentation skills.
Proficiency in advanced Anaplan functionalities (e.g., custom hierarchies, security settings).
