MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM DEVELOPER @ SPRUCE TECH
Spruce Tech is currently seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our global remote team. This role is specifically designed for professionals with over a decade of experience in the field, particularly those who have a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex CRM solutions that meet the specific needs of our US-based clientele. Since this position supports international operations, the candidate must be comfortable working a night shift from 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST to ensure seamless communication with US stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.
Advanced proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC architectures.
Extensive experience with Entity Framework and database management.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
Demonstrated expertise in the customization and integration of Dynamics 365 platforms.
Deep knowledge of building and consuming Web APIs and REST APIs.
Strong familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment processes.
Ability to interact with CRM databases using standard web service methods effectively.
Prior experience successfully collaborating with US-based clients and stakeholders.
Availability to work during night shift hours (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST).
