As a Senior HR Officer – Operations at Springs Stores Pvt. Ltd., based in Korangi-Karachi, Pakistan, you will be crucial in managing the entire spectrum of human resources operational functions. This encompasses comprehensive management of HRIS/HCM systems, ensuring seamless payroll support, handling the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and guaranteeing strict compliance with all local labor laws and internal HR policies. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses strong technological proficiency, and is deeply committed to maintaining operational excellence across all HR processes.

This vital role requires strong analytical skills, particularly for preparing essential HR dashboards, MIS reports, and headcount summaries used for strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for administering complex personnel data, including monitoring attendance, overtime, and leave balances, and coordinating closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement while strictly upholding confidentiality. Furthermore, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting engagement initiatives, and conducting necessary branch visits to confirm adherence to standardized HR practices and provide essential employee support. Key Requirements

Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, analytics, and headcount summaries. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmations, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and process lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, separations, and renewals. Update, manage, and analyze HRIS/HCM data, train staff on system usage, and troubleshoot system issues with IT. Monitor and verify attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave data, and coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality. Resolve employee queries, support engagement activities, and build strong relationships with employees and branches. Prepare necessary HR letters including appointment, confirmation, and experience letters. Conduct branch visits to ensure HR process compliance and provide employee support. Manage employee medical insurance, including record maintenance, coordination with providers, and follow-up on claims. Recommend continuous improvements in HR processes and policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess 3–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, HRIS/HCM management, payroll support, or HR coordination. Demonstrate high proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, an analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
