As a Senior HR Officer – Operations at Springs, based in Head-Office, Korangi-Karachi, Pakistan, you will serve as a crucial pillar in managing the organization's comprehensive HR operations infrastructure. This highly focused role requires a detail-oriented and technologically proficient professional dedicated to maintaining operational excellence across all employee lifecycle stages. Key duties encompass the administration and analysis of HRIS/HCM systems, ensuring data integrity, managing onboarding and offboarding procedures, and accurately processing critical lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, and separations. Furthermore, the role involves preparing essential HR dashboards, MIS reports, and headcount summaries, all while strictly ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
A significant aspect of this position is providing direct support to the payroll function.
