Springboard Delaware is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to fill the dual-role position of Front Desk & Data Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting intakes using trauma-informed practices and maintaining organized records to support daily operations. On the data side, you will manage service tracking in compliance with grant requirements, generate detailed reports, and collaborate with recovery partners to ensure documentation accuracy. This position is vital for improving participant experiences and ensuring the measurable success of community programs in Delaware.
