Key Requirements
Proven experience in energy efficiency, building systems, or sustainability.
Demonstrated expertise in energy audits, benchmarking, and energy modeling.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting upgrades, and controls optimization.
Experience with retrofits and energy conservation measures (ECMs).
Ability to support decarbonization and net-zero strategy initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams.
