QA TEST MANAGER - TDLR MODERNIZATION PROJECT @ SPERIDIAN
Speridian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Test Manager to spearhead the TDLR Modernization Project based in Austin, Texas. In this senior-level leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the quality assurance strategy across the entire software development lifecycle. You will lead diverse teams, manage complex testing initiatives, and ensure that the modernization of the TDLR systems meets rigorous performance and reliability standards. This on-site position requires a candidate who is already local to the Austin area and capable of providing hands-on direction to both manual and automation testing efforts.
The successful candidate will oversee UAT execution, manage defect tracking processes, and optimize the use of testing tools such as Jira, Selenium, and JMeter. Beyond technical expertise, the role demands exceptional communication skills to coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality. Experience with Salesforce or previous engagements with Texas state agencies will be highly advantageous as you navigate the specific requirements of this modernization project.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in QA test management.
Proven expertise in managing testing across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on proficiency with Jira for defect management and project tracking.
Extensive experience with automation tools including Selenium and UFT.
Strong database testing skills with advanced SQL knowledge.
Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and JProfiler.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience directing QA teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Experience overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
Ability to manage test tools and various quality assurance initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience with Salesforce platforms and implementations.
Preferred history of QA leadership with Texas state agencies.
