PLANNING ENGINEER @ SPEM OCEAN

Key Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese.
Available for immediate start or within a short notice period.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the Oil and Gas industry.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project timelines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
Demonstrated capability in monitoring project progress and reporting deviations.
