Key Requirements
Certification from HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) or CBSPD required.
Proven experience in sterile processing within a clinical or hospital setting.
Deep knowledge of Ortho, Neuro, and Spine surgical instrumentation.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to maintaining infection control and sterilization standards.
Expertise in decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical trays.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy instrument sets.
Attention to detail to ensure all instruments are functional and sterile.
Willingness to relocate to or work in the area west of Atlanta, GA.
