OFFSHORE PROJECT MANAGER @ SOUTHERN SS LLC
The Offshore Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing offshore projects, including brownfield modifications and new greenfield developments. This role requires a strong background in offshore engineering for the upstream sector with knowledge of production facilities, platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures and experience in leading project execution. Experience with SEMS documentation, GOM permitting, API14c requirements, and deepwater projects is highly preferred. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring all safety and regulatory standards are strictly adhered to. Salary Range: $179k-$199k + bonus opportunities.

Key Requirements
B.S. or higher in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
10–15 years of relevant engineering experience in offshore engineering.
Proven experience in project management specifically within the upstream oil and gas industry.
Extensive experience with production facilities, platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures.
Proven track record in successfully managing brownfield modification projects.
Proven track record in managing greenfield offshore developments.
Must be a US Citizen as the client does not offer sponsorship.
In-depth knowledge of SEMS documentation and GOM permitting processes.
Familiarity with API14c requirements and deepwater project execution standards.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for project assignments.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
