Key Requirements
2-6 years of experience in IT Technical Recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience working with US Tax terms like W2.
Strong ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
In-depth knowledge of technical skills and IT job roles.
Ability to work in shifts compatible with US time zones.
Demonstrated success in closing niche technical positions.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
