We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Developer to join our team for a project duration of 6+ months. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and extensive hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end IBP implementations, spanning from the initial design phase to final go-live support, while ensuring robust integration with S/4HANA and various legacy systems.
This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with preferred hybrid locations in Santa Clara, California, and Phoenix, Arizona. A remote option is also available for candidates located in Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zones, provided they can strictly align their working hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Key responsibilities include managing Optimizer and Heuristic-based planning and utilizing data integration tools such as CPIDS, SDI, and RTI. Key Requirements
8–10 years of professional experience in technical or consulting roles.
5+ years of dedicated SAP consulting experience specifically in Supply Chain Planning.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) configuration.
Proven expertise in the IBP Response & Supply module.
Extensive knowledge and experience in IBP Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Experience implementing Optimizer & Heuristic-based planning models.
Demonstrated integration experience between SAP IBP and S/4HANA or legacy systems.
Proficiency with data integration methods including CPIDS, SDI, and RTI.
Successful track record of end-to-end IBP implementations from Design to Go-Live.
Ability to work in a hybrid model in Santa Clara, CA or Phoenix, AZ, or remotely within PST hours.
