This role requires a professional with a strong phone presence and excellent communication skills to handle high-priority tasks and deadlines independently. You will manage multiple client payrolls from beginning to end, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in full compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include applying proper payroll taxation and calculating complex wage garnishments such as child support orders and tax levies. You will also be responsible for processing accurate quarter-end and year-end reporting while providing Ad Hoc reports to meet specific client needs. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for resolving payroll system questions, managing client projects, and coordinating time and attendance across multiple environments. Candidates must be comfortable working a shift from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday, and possess advanced English proficiency for bilingual communication.
