Solvo Global is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Remote Payroll Administrator (Hyper-Junior). This role is designed for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are ready to level up their payroll career. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for processing recurring payroll cycles accurately and on time while maintaining meticulous employee records. You will provide critical administrative support to our Finance and Ops teams, ensuring total data accuracy across multiple regions.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following EST hours (Mon-Tue 9 AM–6 PM | Wed-Fri 8 AM–5 PM). Key Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in Payroll Administration.
Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Experience with U.S. payroll is highly preferred.
Proficiency in managing recurring payroll cycles accurately.
Ability to maintain and update employee records meticulously.
Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance checks.
Competency in providing administrative support to Finance and Ops teams.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve payroll data issues.
Availability to work according to EST hours (Mon-Fri).
