COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE @ SOLVO GLOBAL
Solvo Global is seeking a Compliance Associate to join an excellent international team. This role involves high executive exposure, where you will directly support a leadership team member in ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. The primary mission is to align operations with US state and federal regulations, particularly within the consumer finance sector. This is a full-time remote position requiring a high level of analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying consumer finance regulations such as TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, ECOA, and CCPA/CPRA. You will monitor regulatory changes, evaluate their impact on operations, and participate in internal training and documentation reviews. Additionally, the role involves executing compliance testing, reporting actionable findings, and assisting in the mitigation of operational risks. The salary for this position is competitive and offered at market rates.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in US consumer finance.
Previous experience working with banks, private lenders, or financial institutions.
Proven history of process improvements and root cause analysis identification.
Demonstrated ability in identifying and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
Strong experience in documentation, auditing, and maintaining internal controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams for professional collaboration.
Experience in the validation and review of various financial transactions.
Advanced English proficiency at a C1 level is indispensable for this role.
Deep understanding of US regulations including TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, and ECOA.
Strong analytical thinking skills combined with high attention to detail.
