Key duties include maintaining the general ledger, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll, invoicing, and inventory. Key Requirements
Finance/Accounting degree or related field
5–7 years of bookkeeping experience
Advanced QuickBooks knowledge
Strong organization & detail-oriented
Proficiency in full-cycle bookkeeping (GL, AP/AR)
Experience with payroll processing and compliance
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
Knowledge of tax filings and audit support
Capability to provide client reporting and financial insights
