Key Requirements
2–5 years experience in backend development
Strong knowledge of Node.js, Java, or Python
Experience with MySQL or MongoDB databases
Deep understanding of APIs and microservices architecture
Proven problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex backend applications
Experience collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams
Competency in ensuring system security, scalability, and reliability
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
Solid understanding of server-side logic and performance optimization
