UI/UX DESIGNER @ SOFTBAY
Softbay is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer for an immediate hiring opportunity. The primary focus of this role is to design end-to-end user experiences specifically for B2C Mobile Self-Care and Fibre Self-Care platforms, ensuring a seamless experience across both web and mobile responsive interfaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting complex feature scopes into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside Product and UI Development teams to deliver high-quality, developer-ready Figma files complete with components, states, and robust design systems.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the Telecom industry, particularly with digital applications like self-care apps, recharge flows, and account management. This is a contract-based remote position for candidates based in India, with an initial duration of 3 to 6 months and the possibility of extension. We are looking for individuals who thrive in roadmap-driven product design environments and possess the technical skills to handle API-driven UI and BFF-based architecture workflows while maintaining design consistency across all platforms.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto-layouts, Components, and Design Systems.
Proven experience in mobile-first and responsive web design.
Ability to convert feature scope into user flows and wireframes.
Experience designing end-to-end user experiences for B2C applications.
Ability to deliver developer-ready Figma files with states and components.
Understanding of API-driven UI / BFF-based architecture workflows.
Experience in the Telecom or Telco digital application industry.
Demonstrated ability to work in roadmap-driven product design environments.
Excellent collaboration skills for working with Product and Development teams.
