CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ SNAPLOGIC SOLUTIONS
Snaplogic Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee operations in Dallas, TX. This full-time role involves building and managing critical subcontractor partnerships across various trades while overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial site evaluation to the final inspection phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous scheduling, budget management, invoicing, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
In addition to technical project management, the Construction Manager will ensure all permitting, safety, and regulatory compliance standards are met. Utilizing Salesforce to track milestones and maintain a clear view of pipeline activity is essential for this role. We are looking for a dedicated professional with over a decade of industry experience who can lead complex projects to successful completion in the Dallas region.

Key Requirements
10+ years of construction management experience
Strong subcontractor and permitting experience
PMP certification is a plus
Building and managing subcontractor partnerships across required trades
Overseeing full project lifecycle from site evaluation to final inspection
Managing schedules, budgets, invoicing, and procurement
Ensuring permitting, safety, and regulatory compliance
Utilizing Salesforce to track milestones and pipeline activity
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
