Smart4Cloud is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst for a permanent position based in Constantia, Cape Town. This role offers a dynamic hybrid work environment, requiring approximately three days in the office per week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on large-scale Enterprise Business Systems. You will be responsible for leading complex analysis projects and mentoring junior team members within the technical systems analysis space.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a formal degree (NQF7 or higher) and have at least five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. A minimum of two years in a senior or lead capacity is required, alongside a proven track record of technical systems analysis. Key Requirements
Degree (NQF7+)
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
Strong hands-on Technical Systems Analysis within Enterprise Business Systems
At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Capacity
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (±3 days in office per week)
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior analysis staff
