BUSINESS SHOW HOST/PRESENTER @ SMART EFD
Smart EFD is launching a new Digital Business Media Program and is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Business Show Host/Presenter to lead the way. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting business discussions and conducting in-depth interviews with various entrepreneurs across several digital media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and specialized podcasts. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the business landscape and possess the energy to engage a digital audience effectively.
The role offers the flexibility of either a contract or full-time engagement based in Dar es Salaam. Applicants are expected to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and a strong command of both Swahili and English. Candidates are required to submit an updated CV along with a 1-2 minute introductory video to showcase their hosting style and personality. Key Requirements
Strong Communication Skills in both Swahili and English.
Excellent Public Speaking and presentation ability.
Prior experience in Media, Hosting, or Journalism.
Deep passion for Business and Entrepreneurship topics.
Ability to conduct engaging and insightful interviews with entrepreneurs.
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Comfortable working in front of a camera for high-quality video production.
Capacity to research diverse business topics and prepare structured interview questions.
Strong interpersonal skills for networking with high-profile guests.
Flexibility to adapt to both contract and full-time scheduling requirements.
