Proven experience in technical recruitment for various software and IT roles.
Expertise in international hiring practices and headhunting techniques.
Ability to source talent globally across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub.
Professional and confident demeanor suitable for senior-level interactions.
Experience managing high-level recruitment projects from end-to-end.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Excellent negotiation skills and candidate relationship management.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and self-directed environment.
