Key Requirements
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
High level of on-camera confidence for video interviewing and meetings.
Proven experience in technical recruitment within the IT or tech industry.

Ability to source candidates globally across multiple professional platforms.
Ability to manage and lead high-level recruitment projects independently.
Senior-level professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-level candidates.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities for recruitment pipelines.
