PEOPLE OPS EXECUTIVE @ SKYLIFT MARKETING
SkyLift Marketing is looking for a People Ops Executive to join their team in Islamabad. This role focuses on the core administrative and strategic people-centric aspects of human resources, specifically managing payroll, employee benefits, and daily HR operations. It is an onsite position located at the NUST H-12 campus, suitable for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy improving the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will handle employee engagement initiatives and manage various business processes to ensure a productive and positive workplace culture. Unlike many HR roles, this is not a recruitment-based position, allowing the executive to focus deeply on internal people operations and operational excellence. The work schedule follows a standard Monday through Friday timing from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Requirements
Manage monthly payroll processing and related documentation accurately.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle staff inquiries promptly.
Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives effectively.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and essential administrative tasks.
Maintain and update employee records and internal HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff.
Utilize HR software and tools to streamline internal people operations.
Manage internal business processes to improve employee experience.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
