OPERATIONS MANAGER @ SKILLBRIDGE GLOBAL RECRUITMENT
We are seeking a metrics-driven leader for the role of Operations Manager. In this remote position based in the Philippines, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will manage key performance indicators (KPIs), lead team performance reviews, and provide essential coaching to your staff. Additionally, you will focus on improving internal workflows and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will handle operational escalations and report valuable insights and metrics directly to the leadership team. This role requires night shift availability and offers a clear pathway for leadership growth. The starting salary for this position is PHP 50,000 per month, with additional performance-based incentives available for successful candidates.
Key Requirements
3+ years operations or team management experience
BPO or US-account leadership preferred
Strong KPI tracking and reporting experience
Leadership and coaching background
Night shift availability
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for operational escalations
Experience in remote team management and virtual collaboration
