FIELD SERVICES ENGINEER @ SIS RCM
SIS RCM is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Services Engineer to join their growing team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Key Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience as a Field Services Engineer or similar technical role.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned service area (Noida and surrounding regions).
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining various enterprise solutions and operating systems.
Experience performing routine maintenance and system upgrades.
Familiarity with documentation procedures for service reports and technical findings.
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes or related industry knowledge is a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate independently in the field.
