TESTING LEAD OR TEST MANAGER @ SIRI INFO INC

Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Software Testing.
At least 3–5 years in a Test Lead or Test Manager role.
Experience coordinating with multi-vendor, globally distributed teams.
Experience in enterprise transformation programs such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation).
Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or qTest.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional testing teams.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
