INTERNAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE @ SIMRAN AT AFRICRUIT (ORAL CARE HEALTHCARE BUSINESS)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Control & Compliance Executive to join a rapidly expanding Oral Care Healthcare business operating in Tanzania, East Africa. This critical role is essential for maintaining integrity and efficiency within our operations, ensuring that the company adheres strictly to both internal policies and external legal and regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will be based in Tanzania and will play a pivotal role in establishing robust control mechanisms across the organization.
The primary responsibilities of this executive position involve the design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of comprehensive internal control systems. A key focus will be ensuring full compliance with company policies, all local Tanzanian regulations, and applicable global industry standards. The role necessitates conducting regular internal audits and thorough risk assessments to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary process improvements. Furthermore, the Executive will be instrumental in supporting all statutory, internal, and compliance audits, and will be required to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to significantly strengthen organizational governance and ethical standards.

Key Requirements
Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems.

Must possess strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven experience in Internal Control, Compliance, or Audit roles, preferably within the Healthcare or FMCG industries.
Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian local regulatory requirements and standards.
Ability to train staff and promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in relevant auditing software and MS Office Suite.
