LEARNING DESIGNER (INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER) @ SIMPLILEARN
Simplilearn is seeking a creative and dedicated Learning Designer (Instructional Designer) to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into impactful visual learning experiences and presentations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for design, particularly within Microsoft PowerPoint, and has a passion for crafting learner-focused content that drives educational success. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is not only accurate but also engaging and easy to digest for our learners.
As part of the content team, you will utilize your storytelling skills to create a narrative flow that enhances the learning journey. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring 5 days of attendance per week at our Bangalore location. We prefer candidates with a technical background who can navigate specialized topics with ease. With 1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field, you will contribute significantly to the development of high-quality educational materials that Simplilearn is known for globally.
