Key Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles.
Mastery of milestone tracking and feature delivery metrics.
Extensive experience leading PI Planning sessions for cross-functional teams.
Ability to facilitate effective Daily Stand-ups (DSMs) that ensure progress.
Proven track record in capacity planning and protecting team velocity.
Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA.
Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Readiness to join the team within a one-month notice period.
Ability to turn complex project requirements into seamless delivery cycles.
