SilverXis is looking to hire dedicated US IT Recruiters for their operations in Ahmedabad. This onsite position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, requiring a candidate who can effectively source talent from various job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and Monster. The recruiter will be responsible for screening candidate resumes, conducting initial interviews to determine qualifications, and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is crucial for this role to ensure a smooth workflow and pipeline management. The role is focused on the IT sector and requires a high level of coordination with international teams. In addition to sourcing and screening, the successful candidate will handle the negotiation of compensation and the management of the offer process. Working in US shift hours is a mandatory requirement to stay aligned with the US job market and hiring managers. Recruiters are expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process. Meeting weekly and monthly hiring targets is essential to support the company's growth objectives in the US staffing industry.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in US IT staffing or IT recruiting. Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and Monster. Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment lifecycles. Ability and willingness to work during US shift hours (night shifts). Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools for record management. Knowledge of various US work authorization types such as H1B, Green Card, and USC. Demonstrated skills in salary negotiation and candidate engagement. Ability to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets.
