Kilimanjaro Inland Container Depot (KICD) is seeking skilled Reach Stacker and Forklift Operators to handle heavy machinery at our new Dar es Salaam facility. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and stacking of containers. This role is central to the operational flow of the ICD, requiring precision and a high regard for safety standards to prevent damage to cargo and equipment.

Key Requirements
Valid and current heavy equipment operator license.
Minimum 2 years experience operating reach stackers and forklifts.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures in a port environment.
Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for stacking.
Ability to perform basic daily maintenance checks on machinery.
Physical fitness and ability to pass a medical examination.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Ability to follow complex instructions from yard supervisors.
Clear communication skills for terminal radio operations.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work zone.
