We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead the efforts of a premium real estate developer in Uganda. This senior leadership position is instrumental in driving revenue growth by focusing specifically on the sale of high-end residential properties within the Ugandan market and potentially across East Africa. The role requires a seasoned professional adept at leading sophisticated sales and marketing teams while personally handling high-value transactions. Key responsibilities extend beyond team management to include the development and rigorous execution of innovative sales strategies tailored for luxury real estate projects. This role demands extensive networking within Uganda's elite circles—targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), CEOs, business owners, and influential political figures—to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships. The Head of Sales & Marketing will also be responsible for securing and closing substantial bulk deals with major investors, institutional groups, and large corporate entities, ensuring cohesive alignment between all marketing initiatives and strategic sales objectives.

Key Requirements

Proven track record selling residential properties valued at USD 200,000+. Strong experience in non-mortgage sales models (e.g., direct sales to HNIs/investors). Established network within high-end clientele segments, including diaspora clients and institutional groups. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a professional sales and marketing team. Extensive real estate sales experience, particularly in the premium residential sector. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills vital for closing high-value deals. Ability to develop and execute overarching sales and marketing strategies for premium property projects. Proficiency in networking within elite business, political, and community circles. Experience structuring and closing complex bulk deals with institutional investors (SACCOs, corporates, MNCs). Deep understanding of aligning marketing initiatives with overarching sales objectives and revenue targets.
