We are inviting a Country CEO / Chief Growth Officer to lead our expansion in the UAE market. You will be responsible for spearheading growth and establishing a dominant presence for our Web3, Blockchain, and AI-powered solutions in the region.
As the Country CEO for the UAE, you will receive a revenue share on every deal you facilitate and equity participation in various projects and startups within our portfolio. We expect you to leverage a strong local network to bring and close high-value clients while maintaining a long-term vision and ownership mindset. Key Requirements
Strong established business network within the UAE.
Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value client deals.
Minimum of 10 years in a leadership or executive management role.
Deep understanding of the Blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term ownership and vision.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the C-suite level.
Experience in scaling startups or regional business units effectively.
Strategic thinking capabilities to align local growth with global goals.
Willingness to work under an equity and revenue-share partnership model.
Ability to represent Shivacha Technologies at major industry events in the UAE.
