SALES INDOOR SPECIALIST @ SHEFFIELD EGYPT COMPANY FOR COMMERCIAL AGENCIES
Sheffield Egypt Company for Commercial Agencies is seeking a dedicated Sales Indoor Specialist to join their team in Nasr City. The primary focus of this role is to conduct market research to understand consumer habits, handle inbound inquiries, and proactively make outbound calls to generate leads and finalize sales. The specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Additionally, the successful candidate will work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining precise records of interactions in the company's CRM system. This position requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve overall performance. Candidates are expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain a competitive edge through proactive service and product knowledge.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in conducting market research on consumer habits and trends.
Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to close sales.
