We are seeking a highly professional and patient-focused Receptionist to join a leading multi-specialty aesthetic and dermatology clinic located in Dubai, UAE. This critical role serves as the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring they receive a warm, professional, and seamless experience from their initial inquiry through to the completion of their treatment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the front office operations and upholding the clinic's high standards of patient care and administrative efficiency.The primary responsibilities include comprehensive patient management, starting with promptly handling all incoming communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The Receptionist will be responsible for meticulous appointment management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, always ensuring timely follow-ups. A key aspect of the role involves registering new patients accurately in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adhering strictly to NABIDH and DHA compliance standards. Furthermore, the role requires professional articulation of treatment plans, pricing structures, packages, and timelines, alongside handling all billing, invoice closure, and approved discount processing. Support for home care coordination and remote patient assistance are also vital functions of this position, requiring exceptional organizational skills and a positive, consultative approach.

Key Requirements

Respond promptly to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries. Manage appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations with follow-up. Register new patients in the EMR system (NABIDH & DHA compliant). Explain treatment plans, pricing, packages, and timelines professionally. Encourage treatment uptake in a consultative, non-pushy manner. Handle billing, invoice closure, and approved discounts. Support home care coordination and remote patient assistance. Maintain service standards, patient retention, and smooth shift handovers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in the same industry (aesthetic and dermatology clinic).
