The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the front office operations and upholding the clinic's high standards of patient care and administrative efficiency.The primary responsibilities include comprehensive patient management, starting with promptly handling all incoming communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The Receptionist will be responsible for meticulous appointment management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, always ensuring timely follow-ups. A key aspect of the role involves registering new patients accurately in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adhering strictly to NABIDH and DHA compliance standards. Furthermore, the role requires professional articulation of treatment plans, pricing structures, packages, and timelines, alongside handling all billing, invoice closure, and approved discount processing.
