SGS Consulting is looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the role of US Recruiter at our Indore location. This position is a full-time, work-from-office role that operates on a night shift schedule, providing a unique opportunity to work within the US staffing industry. The work schedule follows a 5-day week from Monday to Friday, with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday), allowing for a consistent work-life balance.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific job requirements in the United States. You will work closely with the hiring team to meet recruitment goals and contribute to the growth of the organization. Excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this international recruitment environment.

Key Requirements
Graduation is mandatory in any field.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work in a Night Shift environment.
Ready to work from the office in Indore.
Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
Ability to source candidates using various job boards and social media platforms.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High degree of self-motivation and energy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
