COLD STORAGE PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER @ SERVICE 1ST STAFFING
We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our Cold Storage Production Team in Stevens Point, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the top-quality packaging of various products and repackaging items as needed to meet production goals. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing over 60 lbs repeatedly. Ideal candidates will have a background in food manufacturing and a solid understanding of HACCP safety standards. While the standard schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, candidates must be open to mandatory overtime to ensure production targets are met. Key Requirements
Ensure top-quality packaging of products according to company standards.
Repackage items efficiently as needed to maintain inventory flow.
Work effectively in a high-speed, fast-paced production environment.
Capability to lift and move objects weighing 60–70+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Previous experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) safety protocols.
Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods in a cold storage environment.
Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new tasks and support the team.
Ability to adhere to the schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as required by production demands.
