Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Significant experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques.
Proven ability to lead complex transaction processes and due diligence workstreams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to investment committees.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with portfolio company management.
A deep understanding of capital structures, debt financing, and equity documentation.
