As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional service with a smile. Beyond drink preparation, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, managing beverage supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Key Requirements
High School Education
Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing techniques
Proficiency in latte art and beverage presentation
Experience in using and cleaning espresso machines
Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Dedication to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
