Screatives Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Hyderabad and operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM to align with the US time zones. The primary focus of this role is to market our bench consultants and secure placements with prime vendors and direct clients across the United States.
The successful candidate will leverage their existing network and recruitment platforms to maximize placement opportunities. Responsibilities include screening requirements, negotiating rates, and managing the end-to-end marketing cycle for consultants. Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales.
Knowledge of US Staffing industry.
Experience with Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
Proven track record in marketing bench candidates.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Understanding of various visas (H1B, OPT, CPT).
Strong network of vendors.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM).
Goal-oriented mindset.
