This position is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience who specialize in recruiting students and candidates on OPT or CPT status for various IT roles within the United States. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with US immigration regulations and company policies. The role requires a proactive approach to building a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent ready for placement.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in OPT and CPT recruitment.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates from universities and job portals.
Basic understanding of US immigration rules regarding OPT extensions.
Strong interpersonal and screening skills to evaluate technical talent.
Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones.
Effective communication skills for both internal and external interaction.
Knowledge of the STEM extension process for international students.
Ability to meet recruitment targets and KPIs consistently.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
