SCREATIVES is currently seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 6 years of experience in the US IT recruitment industry who are adept at marketing bench candidates to various vendors and implementation partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the bench sales process, from identifying opportunities and negotiating rates to closing deals and ensuring candidate placement. You will be expected to leverage your existing network while building new relationships to expand our market reach.

Key Requirements
3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Proven track record in marketing bench candidates.
Expertise in working with various visa types including H1B, OPT, and GC.
Strong network of Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle the full lifecycle of bench sales independently.
In-depth knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
Experience in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
Consistent ability to meet and exceed monthly placement targets.
Strong understanding of the current US IT staffing market trends.
