DESIGN ENGINEER (FRESHER) - 2 POSITIONS @ SCHACH ENGINEERS PVT. LTD.
Schach Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Design Engineers at the Fresher level to join our dedicated Scaffolding Design team. This role is based at our factory in Vasai and is designed for entry-level professionals looking to build a career in specialized engineering design. The successful candidates will be integral to the development of structural solutions, focusing on the precision and safety of scaffolding systems used in various construction and industrial applications. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing-oriented design environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and ensuring that all designs are compliant with safety regulations and project specifications. You will collaborate extensively with the production and project teams to see designs through from the conceptual stage to physical implementation. While we welcome all fresh graduates with the relevant educational background, those with specific knowledge or exposure to scaffolding and formwork will have a distinct advantage. This is a full-time position that requires presence at the Vasai factory site to facilitate seamless communication with the manufacturing floor.

Key Requirements
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
Basic proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings.
Foundational understanding of structural engineering and design principles.
Ability to work effectively within a team at a factory-based environment.
Knowledge or prior exposure to Scaffolding and Formwork systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all designs are safety-compliant.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with production teams.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
