Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Experience in building and deploying scalable web applications.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and asynchronous programming.
Ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
Experience with database design, schema modeling, and optimization in MongoDB.
Proficiency in using version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team environment.
Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
