AUTOMATION SUPPORT ENGINEER @ SARACA SOLUTIONS
Beyond routine incident management, the successful candidate will perform critical operational tasks including server reboots, system health checks, and password rotations. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex technical issues using established runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position requires a strong technical background in PLC program development, specifically with GE-Fanuc systems, and the ability to bridge the gap between OT and IT systems. Effective communication is vital as you will frequently escalate complex issues to higher-tier L2 and L3 support teams.
