Key Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in home loan and mortgage loan sectors.
At least 2 to 3 years of team handling experience specifically for managerial roles.
Professional background must include experience in NBFC, HFC, or Banking industries.
Must have resided in Jaipur for at least the past 1 to 3 years.
Age must be between 24 and 30 years.
In-depth knowledge of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet organizational targets.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies in the region.
