Salventus Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd, a key entity within the prestigious Salva Group of Industries, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Production Manager to lead its Veterinary Unit operations in Lahore. This is a critical senior leadership role requiring a proven track record in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to industry regulations across both human and veterinary product lines.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive experience in human pharmaceuticals.
Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals.
Strong, hands-on expertise in production management.
Strong knowledge and implementation experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Strong knowledge of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) regulations.
Proven expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) protocols and standards.
Proven expertise in Quality Control (QC) processes and documentation.
Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing entire plant operations.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage large production teams effectively.
Ensuring the timely and compliant production schedule adherence.
